Lanzaga, Rioja 2008. Bodega Lanzaga was only founded in 1998 but it has created a strong sense of terroir, tradition, grapes and people. Their small mountain vineyards are frequented by wild boar, roe deer etc and their wine making is rooted in nature. Largely Tempranillo - aromas of dark fruit, liquorice and plum, with spice.
