Petit Chablis
Petit Chablis. Appellation Petit Chablis Controlee. The Appellation d'Origine Controlee of Petit Chablis on both sides of the Serein valley. 100% Chardonnay.
Dry, clear, white - developing aromas fo white blossom with citrus over a mineral base (sometimes referred to as odour of a flintlock gun!). Sometimes aromas of peach style fruit. Zesty and light, it has a fatness to complement the crispness and linger on the palate.
