Closerie des Alisiers, Chablis 2014

Closerie des Alisiers, Chablis 2014. Vielles Vignes (old vines). Chardonnay. Appellation Chablis Controlee.

Petit Chablis

Petit Chablis. Appellation Petit Chablis Controlee. The Appellation d'Origine Controlee of Petit Chablis on both sides of the Serein valley. 100% Chardonnay.

Dry, clear, white - developing aromas fo white blossom with citrus over a mineral base (sometimes referred to as odour of a flintlock gun!). Sometimes aromas of peach style fruit.  Zesty and light, it has a fatness to complement the crispness and linger on the palate.
