Antoine Sanzay, Saumur Champigny 2011. Appellation Saumur Champigny Controlee (created in 1957). Cabernet Franc - light to medium bodied, often with vegetal characteristics, in particular green bell peppers. Sometimes, wrongly identified as unripe Cabernet Sauvignon.
